Got to make the morning last...
Not feeling groovy today, more like crappy. Don't know why. Did manage to drag myself out and take papers that needed initialing to the realtor's office, re: extending the closing to 1/17 because of the holiday. As soon as I got home, there was a message that the seller did not want to wait till Tuesday, and wanted to close Friday. So, whatever. Then he offered me some oddments for sale, as well as his cat (for free). It's a very nice cat and I'd probably take him if I didn't have to return to Maine to deal with stuff there. I just feel bad for the cat. The seller had ended up with him when a friend died. Now who knows what will happen to the poor thing? I am such a sucker for kitties, and this one would be accustomed to dogs. Just makes me sad wondering what will happen to him.
It's frustrating that I have three important messages out to people and they are not getting back to me.
Looks like the mtns got a new coating of snow overnight, but just rain down here as far as I can tell. It's been partly cloudy all day.
